Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, Eftpos, Visa, or MasterCard. The AMA fee structure forms the basis of our billing policy, and is displayed at our reception desk. Appointments & Cancellations

You are required to present your Medicare Card to receive Medicare benefits at the time of your appointment. Appointments for each patient are scheduled 10-15 minutes apart. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time. Emergencies will be given priority. Interpreters are available if required. Extended appointment times are available upon request. Please inform reception if your appointment pertains to minor surgery, medicals, work cover, pap screening, or test results.

We try to run our daily appointment schedule on time, but often there are urgent and complex cases which cause delays. Please check with reception if we appear to be running late. In an endeavour to provide the best medical care for all patients, we ask you to be understanding and co-operative in these instances.

We often have patients waiting for appointments, and so it is important to advise us as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment time. Failure to cancel a doctor’s appointment may incur a fee. Cancellation penalties will apply for doctors and visiting health professionals such as Dietitian, etc. Within 24 hours, full consultation fee, within 48 hours, 50% of consultation fee.
