Medicare Funded Care Plans are available for eligible patients suffering a chronic illness of more than 6 months. This involves the preparation of a treatment plan made for you by your doctor and entitles you to five bulk billed visits with a relevant
Allied Health Professional.

FREE HEALTH CARE ASSESSMENTS FOR OVER 75's
Our Registered Nurse will perform Health Care Assessments
in the privacy of your home at your Doctor’s request.
